Mall of Canada reimagines the traditional shopping mall as a community "third place", a destination people visit not just to shop, but to gather, connect, and belong.
As physical retail competes with e-commerce, the malls that thrive are the ones that offer something screens can't: shared experience. This project builds a complete brand and digital ecosystem around that idea, from a flexible visual identity to a companion mobile app designed to keep the community engaged between visits.
